Matt got the camera out to take a picture of this really cool spider and the fly that he had caught. When Matt was done, Zack decided to take a few pictures and video all by himself. Here are just a few of the pictures he took. Matt said he would laugh every time the flash went off. He ended up taking around 50 pictures of random things. These are some of the best.

Trash collector
A cool picture of the moon as the sun sets. Tornado harassing the neighbor's dog. The poor dog knows that the cats are there and cannot get to them.
Zack playing in the backyard with the Magnolia tree's rope. Matt and Zack went on a walk around the block while mommy got ready for work. Here's a picture of a few things my little trash collector found along the way. Matt says that Zack gets his trash collecting gene from Matt's grandpa Deda. Matt said Deda would always pick up screws and things he thought could maybe be used. Zack found some beer bottle caps, a broken lighter, and a black string just to name a few.

Daddy time
Zack loves when his daddy comes home. As soon as he hears the garage door open, he runs to the door and waits for mommy to open it. Here is a video of the boys head butting each other. From the laughs, I cannot decide who likes it more. Good thing Zack inherited his daddy's hard head.
Spring fun
A day in the life of Zack
Big boy room
Zack playing in his big boy room. He loves to play in there. We spend most of our morning playing in there with all of his toys. He also loves to run around pointing to all of the cars. We are still working on him leaving the car stickers on the wall. It did not take him very long to figure out that he can take them off and put them on him. The flower quilt (below picture) is gone. It has been so warm lately that he just needs a small blanket, if that. He also has bed rails now so that he will not roll out of bed (not that it's a far drop to the floor).
Zack got to sleep in his big boy room on March 2nd. He fussed a little when we put him down. I was very impressed with how well he really did. He stayed there all night until 6:40 am when he woke up crying. I think it was just waking up in a new place. After I went up to get him, he did not want to even lie there with me. So we went down and hung out in mommy's bed. Since then, he has been up anywhere between 5:45 and 7:00 am. He makes his way down to mommy's room because he has learned that he can open doors. This is hard on mommy. So Matt put one of those door knob covers on his door so he can get in but not out. Now Zack has to wait for mommy to get him around 7:30 or 8:00. So far it is ok with him- he has enough toys to keep him happy for a while. Also since daylight savings time it stays darker in his room for longer.
The crazies I live with
Here are the crazy cats doing what they do best. Jewel and Rudy sleeping together. This is why we adopt two at a time. Then they have at least one friend. Jewel has gotten better. There is hardly any hissing and getting mad because someone is too close. The other day she even sat on my lap while Zack pointed out to me that Jewel had eyes, ears, a nose, and a mouth. Then there is the ever entertaining watching of the fish. They are always entranced by and try to get the fish. It must be hard to be so close to something you want and not be able to get it.
Zack with the two most important things in the world- a sippy of milk and daddy's cell phone. How can you ask for anything more?
Yummy. That fire man must taste really good.
That was hard work

Bees, Bikes, and Parked Cars
Here's the article from the local newspaper. (If the article is too small, just click on it and it should open up a new window and take up the full page.) My mom is the unnamed woman. She broke her leg just below her knee and it's interfering with her artificial knee. Other than that, it seems that she's okay and should be able to leave the hospital soon.
